How can I earn money with you?
Our referral programme lets you earn by inviting friends. After signing up, share your nickname or referral link from the Referral section — your friend gets 5 TMT on their first payment, and you get 20 TMT for each invitee.
How do I top up TMCELL?
Pick the "TMCELL" card on the home page. The phone must be in international format (+993 xx xxxxxx). Bank cards and e-wallets are accepted.
How do I top up Wi-Fi?
Use the "Türkmen Telecom" or "AŞTU" cards depending on your provider. AŞTU is for Ashgabat only; pick Türkmen Telecom for regions. Format: +993 xxx xxxxx. Check the city code at your local telecom office.
How fast are the funds delivered?
Usually instant; in rare cases the operation is handled manually. Statuses are visible in your profile.

How do I use the service?

I registered but the bonus didn't arrive — why?
You probably didn't enter a referral code, or you've used the service before. The bonus is credited after a first payment of at least 10 TMT and an anti-fraud check.
Why isn't the referral bonus arriving?
The friend has to register via your link (the code is auto-filled) and pay at least 10 TMT. Manual registration without your link doesn't qualify.
How do I pay from Russia?
Use MIR or SBP. From other countries pick VISA — it works everywhere except Russia.
Why doesn't my payment go through from outside Russia?
You've likely picked a Russia-only method (MIR/SBP). Use VISA from other countries.
I'm not getting the verification call/code — what now?
Enter the last 4 digits of the calling number. If no call arrives, do not spam the "Resend" button — the system may temporarily block you. Wait a few hours and try again.
Why am I seeing Armenian currency?
Our bank is in Armenia so AMD shows. Pay confidently — your currency is auto-converted at checkout.
Why is my card payment failing?
Probably the wrong method. Russian cards → MIR/SBP, others → VISA.
Can I top up AŞTU?
AŞTU top-ups are temporarily unavailable.
Can I top up via BELET?
Yes, BELET top-ups are supported at the time of writing.

What's the right phone format for Wi-Fi top-up?
Pick your city and enter the home phone number — typically 5 digits.
Can I pay from Russia, another country, or my own country?
Yes: Russia via MIR/SBP, anywhere else via VISA (not in Russia).

Just enter the last 4 digits of the calling number.
What is the payment fee?
